Agent Financial Analysis Software
Continued financial analysis is essential to maintaining top performance of any company. The software available below was developed in conjunction with our Quality Circle group of agents to present customized analysis for title agents. The software is comprised of Microsoft Excel speadsheets customized with industry related performance and ratio analysis. Click the image below to download the software. Installation instructions are provided below.
Instructions:
Download the file (AgentFinancialAnalysis.exe) and save it to temporary directory.
The file is a self-extracting executable file. When you run the file you
will be prompted for a location to extract the program files. You can select
the “Browse” button
to navigate to an existing directory or type in a valid file path. The
following files will be extracted:
- “Readme.txt” (Installation Troubleshooting)
- “Financial Analysis 3 yr Historical.xlt” (Spreadsheet
Template)
- “Financial Analysis Current Year.xlt” (Spreadsheet
Template)
- “Agent Financial Analysis.hlp” (Help File - Used
by Templates)
- “Agent Financial Analysis.cnt” (Help Contents — Used
by Templates)
- “Agent Financial Analysis.pdf” (Instructional Manual)
The spreadsheet files are saved as templates. When they are first opened they should immediately be saved with a unique name (using the File | Save As option in Excel).
The working files must be saved in the installation
directory in order for the Help options to work.
